Who Can Apply
- Students who have passed UP Board Class 10 or Class 12 examination with 65% or above marks
- Permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh
- Students enrolled in further education (polytechnic, ITI, graduation) after qualifying exam
- SC/ST and minority students may receive priority consideration
Who Cannot Apply
- Students from CBSE, ICSE, or other non-UP Board institutions
- Students scoring below 65% in UP Board examination
- Students who have already received a laptop under the scheme in a previous year
- Non-UP domicile students

How to Apply
Online
- Visit the official UP CMO portal at upcmo.up.nic.in or the dedicated scheme portal when active
- Register using Aadhaar and UP Board roll number
- Fill academic and personal details and submit
- Laptop distribution is done through district-level events; check your district's schedule
Offline / CSC
- Visit your school, college, or District Education Office for registration details
- Registration drives are conducted at district and block levels during distribution phases
- Carry original marksheet, Aadhaar, and domicile documents to the distribution event
