ClaimThis does not ask you to create an account, log in, or provide any personally identifiable information (PII). The details you enter into the eligibility checker (age, state, category, income, occupation, gender) are processed entirely within your browser and are never transmitted to our servers.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that could identify you. We may use minimal first-party cookies solely to maintain the state of the current session (e.g. keeping your filter selections while you navigate between pages). These cookies are session-only and are deleted when you close your browser.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. ClaimThis is not monetised through advertising and has no commercial relationship with any data broker or analytics platform.
Each scheme on ClaimThis links to official government portals (e.g. pmkisan.gov.in, pmjay.gov.in). Once you leave ClaimThis and visit those portals, their own privacy policies apply. We recommend reading each portal's privacy notice before submitting any application.
ClaimThis is a general-purpose informational tool available to all citizens. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our platform, please contact us and we will ensure it is deleted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Continued use of ClaimThis after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
