Who Can Apply

How to Apply

Online

  1. Visit pbssd.gov.in
  2. Click on 'Utkarsh Bangla' scheme and browse available trades and training centres
  3. Register with Aadhaar and personal details
  4. Select preferred trade and nearest training centre
  5. Submit application and await confirmation from the training centre

Offline / CSC

  1. Visit your nearest PBSSD-empaneled training centre
  2. Carry original documents (Aadhaar, educational certificates, age proof)
  3. Fill the enrolment form at the centre
  4. Training is free of cost; do not pay any fee
