- Family income below ₹2.5 lakh per annum
- Women with valid TN ration card
- Women with Aadhaar-linked bank account
Who Cannot Apply
- Women not on Tamil Nadu ration card
- Women who are income tax payees
- Government employees and their family heads
- Non-Tamil Nadu residents

Online
- Visit kmut.tn.gov.in
- Enter ration card number to check eligibility
- Most eligible women were auto-enrolled. You can check your status online
Offline / CSC
- Visit nearest ration shop or Collector's office
- Check if automatically enrolled via ration card database
- Submit grievance if eligible but not enrolled
