- All Rajasthan domicile families
- BPL, SECC, and state food security act beneficiaries are free
- APL families by paying ₹850/year premium
- Contractual government employees and small/marginal farmers
Who Cannot Apply
- Non-Rajasthan residents

- Health cover up to ₹25 lakhs per year
- ₹10 lakh base cover + ₹15 lakh for catastrophic illness
- Cashless treatment at 1,900+ hospitals
- BPL families covered free; others at ₹850/year premium

- Jan Aadhaar card (mandatory for Rajasthan)

How to Apply
Online
- Visit chiranjeevi.rajasthan.gov.in
- Enter Jan Aadhaar number
- Select eligible category
- Pay premium (₹850) if applicable. BPL families get it free
- Download e-card
Offline / CSC
- Visit nearest Gram Panchayat, E-Mitra kiosk, or empaneled hospital
- Register with Jan Aadhaar card
- Free for BPL families
